I am a New York-based actor, singer, dancer who is originally from Forest, Virginia. I graduated with my BFA in Musical Theatre from Long Island University where I studied with a specialization in Viewpoints, Laban, and Suzuki. As a deep lover of jazz music, complex harmonies, and well-written text, I am known for my magnetism, attention to detail, and quick wit. Above all else, I value telling Women-centric stories that allow space for truthful exploration of societal, cultural, and political influence over the consequences and successes of existing as a woman throughout history.
What’s the talk of the town?
Abbey is beginning rehearsals this month for her Professional New York City debut in the play Until by Elijah Vazquez! She will be reprising the role she workshopped back in 2022 at Post Theatre Company, under the incomparable direction of Téa Einarson. The play will run April 25th- May 12th at Theater for the New City.
